Coaching Services
Who We Support
We serve anyone who is seriously committed to growing and sustaining a business - either their own or their employer’s. This means sales leaders and their teams, business owners, entrepreneurs, and anyone else responsible for business development. They ultimately recognize that self-development is the best way to improve business development.
What We Cover
Since we focus on individuals - their thoughts, actions, motivations, barriers, etc. - our coaching mostly transcends industries and job roles. Think about it - your ability to achieve goals inevitably comes down to your mindset and intention, regardless if you are a CEO or an account rep. We collaborate on ideas and solutions for business growth at an organizational level, and often this means taking a deeper dive into the beliefs, behaviors, and feelings of the individual(s) that make up the organization. We support people to discover more success, purpose, meaning, and - gasp! - even joy and satisfaction in their business development efforts!
Do any of these statements below resonate with you? Then let’s connect!
I hate sales! I don’t want to be seen as pushy or sleazy, and I don’t like talking about money or asking for the close.
I find ways to procrastinate, stay busy with other tasks, and otherwise avoid business development. But I really need to make it a priority.
I am facing new challenges and/or stepping into unknown territory. I am up against skill gaps and maybe other limiting beliefs.
I don’t feel energized lately by what I am doing. I want be living more into my purpose and making a difference.
I am juggling too much. I want a better work/life balance and feel lighter in my business.
I am doing okay, but ready for more. I want to get better and really become a top performer.
I am not sure I am doing the right kinds of activities to get the results I want. In general, I want to be more efficient and effective with my limited time.
I have lots of complexities in my business, and I need help sorting out my priorities. I want to stay focused on what’s essential in my business.
I want to get better at influencing and persuading others - whether it’s within my own organization or it’s winning more customers.
You Set the Agenda
We want you in the driver seat as much as possible, since you are the expert in knowing what you want and what works for you (see Working with a Coach). You come to each session with a topic you would like to explore. Through a process of questioning and reflection, we will help you examine the topic deeply and uncover insights that will propel you forward. Sometimes we discover there is an even more essential topic to unpack, and we can decide together if we want to change our objective for that session.

Pricing and Packages
Name Your Price
If we are truly committed to you being in the driver seat, then this means you should also have a say in how much you want to pay. So we take a radical approach and let you pay what you can. We would rather have profound conversations and discover together what coaching can unlock for you, than let money be a barrier to you getting into motion.
We acknowledge that some may feel apprehensive with the openness of this pricing model, so we are happy to provide guidelines if you prefer.
Free Intro Session
How do you know if our coaching is right for you? We offer a free session to answer just this. Plus, the coach and the client have to be a good fit. We want to make sure we can serve you, and you want to know if this is the right kind of support you need. Let’s spend an hour together to see if it makes sense to continue working together. If not, you still get some free coaching - what do you have to lose?
Chose Your Number of Sessions
We also let you decide how many sessions to which you want to commit. Here are a few things to consider when determining the number and frequency of your sessions:
If you are seeking support with things like discipline, structure, and accountability, more frequent sessions are best - say, weekly or bi-weekly. Otherwise, monthly sessions are fairly typical; anything longer and you run the risk of losing momentum in between sessions.
While great results can come from one session, coaching does get better over time. Rapport and trust increase as we both get to know each other. Thus, we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, and strongly encourage a commitment of 6 months or longer.
Team Coaching
Do you have others in your organization also responsible for business development? We offer custom combinations of 1-on-1 and team coaching to support both leaders and their teams. We can be a powerful extension to any sales organization that wants to nurture top talent and provide ongoing development and support. Plus, coaching all stakeholders can improve culture, performance, mission, and innovation.
